This role is designed for Orthodox Christian leaders interested in social services with a focus on therapeutic, trauma-informed care (TCI). OSLs take leadership positions within our Youth, Family, or Bridge Programs, demonstrating “Orthodoxy in Action” for every resident. In addition, this particular role involves significant residential community support, particularly within the Bridge Program, where the OSL fosters a safe, inclusive environment by mediating conflicts, mentoring residents, and responding to crises as a visible and accessible role model. The position requires living on campus.
